This giant obelisk (la Colonne de la Grande Armée) is in the middle of Place Vendôme and was commissioned by Napoleon to commemorate his victories.

this is a small fraction of the city. you can see towers and hotels of the northern part of the city [polanco, reforma]

Mexico - cinema

i don't know any movie theatre like that in the city, but this chain -cinemex- is one of the biggest in the country. [not a very fancy marquee]
