This is a road sweeper. There are different kinds, I'll post another one later with a trash can wagon.
Although the support for cicling in the city is barely growing, every sunday some avenues are closed to cars so anyone can walk, run, skate or ride a bycicle. And the last sunday of every month the circuit is longer (about 30 km) around the city and that's called 'ciclotón' (cicling + marathon). Last sunday was the first anniversay.
